is that just mod or mod+ no recoil?

im very sad and i feel like a noob but idk what file to inject this too everything associated with a sniper or scope .rez wise comes back "not found" in rezinject so.. idk where to inject this at it looks like a great mod though mind helping me?

called UI_HUD_Weapon.rez

Thats why in the RAR file that i uploaded
there is a folder with that name "UI_HUD_Weapon"
I tought were easy to get it o.o

How come it won't work for me? I have the M107CQ SE and it doesn't work. I modded it into the L96A1 Arctic Wolf but I don't know if it has anything to do with the scope.
