[Solved]How To Use A Trainer?

Yo , im downloading a MW2 that has multiplayer through torrent and when im done ill play . so im going to download a trainer , and how will i get this to work ? like step by step instruction please ?

Start the game and trainer and just click on various buttons on the trainer? Or use any hotkeys it has?
