anyone else having this problem with instant draw?

well i made a mod with instant draw speed. and there are times in the game where i spray like crazy and when im reloading i switch to the next gun and continue spraying but i hit the people but it doesnt do any damage. this also happen in quarintine. and i know i hit them.... anyone else having this problem?

Its just like no recoil, it takes some time.

things like draw speed and reload have been somewhat patched. there is a minimum speed you can put and if you go any faster, it wont do damage for about 2 seconds

I agree with SuperCarz1991 but i hope someone make no recoil to all weapons..
But it will kill the community..

How the fuck would it kill the community? Its only fucking no recoil?!?! Half the fucking guns in the game are already have no recoil HeX edited. And there on the site, search around....
