[Help] How do you download PHP?

I'm now working with a basiclly totally PHP website and I can't test it because I don't have PHP downloaded!

Where can I get PHP....that works on: Windows 7 64-Bit

What exactly do you mean with "Download PHP"? Do you mean MySQL or something?

to where I can view PHP locally, Like to test PHP hit counter and stuff...

Just upload to a website.. Or you can use, that thingy called.. I forget, but it lets you host a webpage on your pc

You can host it on your machine...
You can use IIS, search google about tuts on how to host a webpage (really easy anyway)

Personally I prefer UniServer for dev work, updated, portable and perfect for such stuff.

Honestly from running a few game servers I have come to particularly like xampp. Everything is there that you need.
