Isn't DelphiMS already released last year? Rather you messed up when coding on of the files OR your internet connection wasn't connected? Recheck all your work.

Im not familiar with C++ sourced servers, but i think you're missing something in SQL.
Are you sure you installed everything?
Looks like it doesn't register the character, try reinstall "Accounts" ?
