A new beginning
This is in response to Shayne's earlier thread talking about a new era and some new ideas about how to display the Art section to gain more traffic. Me and Shayne have talked about this and come to a conclusion on the following titles and descriptions.
Below will be the future titles of the subforums and descriptions as well as the previous subforums that will be involved in the transition.
Graphics -> Graphic Design
-Share your art work here and receive feedback to further your knowledge and increase production quality.
Signature/Avatar Show off, 3D modeling/animation, Drawings & Painting -> Design Expose
-Share your latest creations and receive helpful critique.
*This section will also include tags to distinguish this different art types. The tags will be as follows:
-Signature
-Large Art
-Avatar
-Photography
-3D
-Animation
-Drawing
Showcase
-Share your story and work all in one thread and receive direct critique on your work as long as direct requests from other members.
Signature Request -> Help & Requests
-Ask for help in any graphic design program or make an indirect request.
Photoshop/Signature Tutorials -> Tutorials
-Learn and share new styles and techniques in various graphic design programs such as Photoshop, GIMP, Cinema 4D, and many more!
Resources -> Resources
-A collection of render, fonts, brushes, textures, stock images, and much more!
Challenges & SOTW
-Challenge anyone in a graphic design contest in both ladder and non ladder challenges, also participate in weekly competitions.

Why these titles?
Graphic Design:
we hope that this new title will broaden the section and promote more activity from those who may be interested in game design.
Design Expose:
A more catchy title to grab your attention with a broader title to implement many different art types. The tags will help distinguish the different types of graphics.
Showcase:
The title is literally what it is. We plan to run this section like a show off/request section. Basically you can look and critique an artist's work and you can also request a piece from them directly.
Help & Request:
This section will be for requesting anything along with simple assistance. It's a much broader title for those who do not wish to ask a single person directly.
Tutorials:
When we change the section we plan to include 3d art, photography, etc so we need to have a broader title.
Challenges & SOTW:
Music and graphics should be its own section therefore they should each have their separate challenges section.
