True One-Click CA Startup [One Line Use]

Just a snippet that's different from all the useless spammers, injectors, etc being released. This doesn't click your Engine.exe/CombatArms_Direct.exe so no need to locate the CA folder. It pretty much automates the process of starting CA from the website and puts it into one neat line of code:

Naice one NOOB, will work for the people that didn't install CA so they can't use the Registry. Oh yeah you might want to navigate the default.aspx page on startup so that it saves a bit of time.

i barely know VB and i knew the noob proofing fix. VB told me the fix
