[Release]DirectX Test Environment!

I finally figured out why my DirectX Test Environment wasn't working, so I decided to post it!

Supports:
- BeginScene
- EndScene
* Present (Coming in v2)

Numpad 1 - Black Background
Numpad 2 - White Background
Numpad 3 - Red Background
Numpad 4 - Green Background

figured i'd let you know just incase sum1 else gets the same error

please someone help me, I tried to inject the hack but this program closes
