Make a new profile or back up your old profile.
Ok, go to your CoD4 installation directory, get into your player folder and open your profile folder, delete all the files.
Don't run CoD4!
Then copy the mpdata into the folder (attached) and apply the registry value (attached) that will change your CD key.
Run CoD4 and play a game or two on servers that don't need CD key verification.
Change your CD key back to what it was before (or leave it as it is if you play on cracked servers anyway).
Enjoy your lvl 55 profile!
