could someone help me with CF vids? I've downloaded Sony Vegas Pro 8.0 and Adobe After Effects, but Idk how to do lot of stuff.
So could someone just explain the basics, syncing, cutting vids, speed or slow-mo?

search in google for help bec i think it will take long to make a tut like this .

Ask in the video editing section 
You can see this on youtube, have a lot of tutorial there for these both programs, I learn there everytime when I don't know to do something in special.
