I said I like it as an art piece, as in paints, I don't see it as a vector, because inorder for it to be vector, the text would have to be done without the text tool for vanilla vector atleast.

maybe you should learn what a vector actually is.
It's basically any shape in PS or illustrator that doesn't use pixels.

Pen tool, custom shape tool, and yes text tool if you hit control, right click, and convert into a shape, it would be a vector. Any unrastered shape.
