I made this for the WarRock section over a year ago, and it's beginning to look like this is needed here as well. This thread serves as a map to guide you into hacking this game and enjoying content posted on this site.
This is all my content unless otherwise noted. I put a lot of work into this so don't spam.

How to get your hack posted and approved
When you have created a hack and want to post it, there are certain requirements you must surpass in order for the hack to be approved and for people to to download it.
First, you must have a legitimate working hack to post.
Make sure it qualifies with all the rules. This includes rules against hex edits.
DO NOT POST A HACK THAT HAS BEEN HEX EDITED TO REMOVE CREDITS FROM THE CREATOR OF THE HACK. YOU WILL BE BANNED.
Follow this guide made by Liz to learn how to post a hack/file correctly.
REMEMBER: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A SCREENSHOT OF THE HACK AND 2 VIRUS SCANS, IT WILL NOT BE APPROVED.
We need virus scans and a screenshot to review to ensure that our community is as safe and clean as possible.
Now, the approval process. If your hack qualifies to be approved, then it will.
Staff checks this section often, as it is currently exploding with increasing activity every single day.
If it takes a while for it to be approved, then send Dave or Liz a visitor message with the URL and they will get to it as soon as they possibly can.
For the new users, you can download files when they say they can be:
Attachments Pending Approval means that the hack has not yet been approved, but should be soon if it qualifies.
Downloadable Files means that the hack is approved and is 100% safe to download.

This guide will show you how to inject .dll files into Project Blackout's processes.
I will be using Dave's public hack (2/8/11 release) to show you how it is done.

1) Make sure you are operating on the newest versions of both DirectX and .NET Framework. These updates usually come through automatically in Windows Updates, however if you do not have them for whatever reason, here they are:
DirectX
The Microsoft DirectX® End-User Runtime provides updates to 9.0c and previous versions of DirectX — the core Windows® technology that drives high-speed multimedia and games on the PC.
.NET Framework
The Microsoft .NET Framework 4 web installer package downloads and installs the .NET Framework components required to run on the target machine architecture and OS. An Internet connection is required during the installation. .NET Framework 4 is required to run and develop applications to target the .NET Framework 4.
Also, be sure to check what Service Pack you are operating with if you use XP or Vista. Download the newest versions if you do not have them. NOT HAVING THE NEWEST SERVICE PACK COULD PREVENT YOU FROM USING HACKS.
2) TURN OFF YOUR ANTIVIRUS BEFORE DOWNLOADING ANYTHING. Antiviruses may detect a false positive in the hack when downloading or extracting, and in an attempt to ensure your safety, will CORRUPT the files!
Instructions on how to disable antiviruses for downloading files can be found HERE.
Also, turn off UAC/UAP. This stands for USER ACCOUNT CONTROL/PROTECTION.
How to do this: Windows Vista | Windows 7
3) Download the hack. This is pretty straight forward. At the bottom of the post, there will be a div box entitled "Downloadable Files". Click on the rar or zip file, depending on your preference, and wait for it to finish downloading.
Once downloaded, you must now extract it. If you do not have a file extractor, download one of these:

To extract it, right click the file, select "Extract files...", and choose where you want to extract it to. Then click OK.
4) Once the file is extracted, you should now see the hack in the folder along with any setup files it has.
This folder includes the hack (.dll file), the injector (.exe file), and the settings file (.ini file), which allows you to change settings for the hack without having to be ingame. It also lets you customize your chams to whatever color you wish.
5) Right-click on the injector and select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR. A popup will give you a dialogue. Read it and click OK.
If using another hack/injector:
Add the .dll into the injection list by clicking BROWSE, selecting the hack file, and then clicking OK.
Also, make sure the injector is set to inject into the process: PBlackout.exe
6) Run Project Blackout. The MPGH Project Blackout page should appear when you select to Start Game. This means the hack is working.
Once ingame, there should be a notification in the top left signifying the hack is on and working.
Click Insert or Delete to open the hack menu ingame. Hold one of the buttons down if it is being slow and not showing at first.
Use the arrow keys to navigate through the hack to enable/disable what you wish.

TIPS ON TROUBLESHOOTING
If you are still getting BugTrap errors, use a PB Cleaner to clean out irrelevant and unwanted files in your PB folder.

Try setting the launcher to compatibility mode to other Windows OS versions.
Check the box to run the program in compatibility mode for any of the following: Windows XP (all versions) and Windows Vista (all versions). Start with XP SP2 and Vista SP2.

Try other injectors. Make sure the settings file stays in the same folder as the injector and the .dll so your settings can be saved. For a list of injectors, see the Tools and Hacks List section of the guide.

Definitions
Chams: Changes player visuals (players and guns) into two specific colors. One shows visible color, and the other shows what isn't visible, allowing you to see what is and is not visible to you. This hack usually comes in conjuction with wallhack.
Wallhack: Allows you to see other players through walls.
CrossHair: Places a crosshair at the center of your screen for better accuracy when firing.
No Smoke: Removes smoke from your screen, reducing lag and allowing for better visibility when others' are reduced.
ESP Boxes: Creates boxes around objects. This can be customized to appear around players, guns, projectiles, and grenades. Can also be customized to show player names, IP, health, distance, etc.

i tried every thing this said and it still wont work every time i get to login screen i log in and nothing happens i tried hold delete or insert nothing happened i say this hack dosent work ill wait for a new and working one -.-

I have yet to test it myself, however.
Ok, but how do I make it where PB skips the check?

I do the check every time still. If you mess with your game/files to do that, that may cause crashes.
