He's talking about the free FPS, CA didn't use the mission system that acutal give you boost and awards till much later in it times.

PB is really different, as not only it awards you some money and EXP, but gives you a card, these cards can be used to upgrade yourself to be a bit faster and stronger and so on and so on. It also allows you to unlock paid weapons.

No it isn't, it a first (upcoming)/third person MMOFPS.
