This not work for everyone, some networks do not allow this..(IP Fixed or something)

This only work for Dynamic IPs.
Doesn't work with Static Ip.

Nope this just Change your IP.
If your IP banned than yes it help you.

I know it changed IP xD but i never knew Z8games IP banned ppl :O
But i could use a working IP changer.
