Help with C4D plz?

I knooww im prolly 2 n00b 2 use C4D and all but i just wanna experiment with it.
I downloaded the C4D pack that mostwanted posted. so, i was just wondering if it was possible to see all the renders side by side sort a thing like it is when ur using brushes or if u have to open them. if u know what im talking about i would like some help plz, ty
