i use the ltb2tla and i want to convert it to other model format
like 3ds/maya

You won't get a response here, this is the wrong section. But atm, you cannot, Unless you have an uber old version of Maya or 3DS Max.
im almost positive i have seen an lta to ltb converter.. google it
