Doesnt looks so bad but try to brush a little bit around the picture so the corners get darker.
Or just take the Blur tool and go about both sides.
After that take the Brush take the normal round soft brush and make on both sides a brush spot in any colour you like. Now set the layer to Overlay Color Doge or any other Setting you like.
After you did that you can add a contour.
Voila, and we finish. ;D

Work on color schemes and flow.
It looks like everything was just thrown on, you need some type of flow to it and a color scheme, it's several colors that conflict.
