I create a Paypal Account yesterday and I forgot to activate this accountet so today Send us a guy to me $ 80 to my paypal account but have not received anything so I knew that you have to activate a Visa or MasterCard, so I did it and it stays that you will have access to 3-4 days for your card so you can withdraw money, but then says he has sent to this me $ 80 that you will get it about 4 hours max money is it true that you get about 4 hours max?

Well, u have to active it from visa or mastercard... It will draw like 1 dollar from ur card so its ur card

He does not pay again - This will send 160$ to your account - I'm sure by now the money already transferred. Also with having a Credit Card attached to your account remember that if you overdraw money on your Paypal it will charge your card ( I have my verified with a bank)
