Yeah

Guide for you: (I assume you have 4th gen)

Click:


Click your device. iPod 4th gen if that is your generation:


Choose 4.2.1 because that is the one you have you said (and to other poster yes there is the 4.3 firmware there as well)


Choose if you have windows or mac


And then it takes you right to a guide with the downloads and step by step instructions.
