[SOLVED] yo guys , help needed :D

well after some time .. i came back for crossfire .. but that new loader thingy >.> i cant start the game? i tried 50 times to redownload it -.-
any suggestions what shall i do?

Do you get any error? Like extracting errors or something? Turn off your anti-virus and make sure you have admin privileges.

I once had this problem. It's quite annoying, and took me four re-downloads to get it to work.

First off, uninstall all CrossFire components (except replays if you want to keep them).

Secondly, delete the old CrossFireInstaller.exe

Thirdly, restart your computer.

Fourthly, re-download a NEW CrossFireInstaller.exe from a DIFFERENT location.

Fifthly, re-install the NEW CrossFireInstaller.exe

Sixthly, restart your computer after it installs.

Seventh: wash, rinse, and repeat until it works.

If it is, Z8games is currently working on this issue however there are two solutions!

Right Click on the Crossfire Icon and choose the option "Open Location"

In the directory that opens find the file labeled "Patcher_CF.exe"

Run that file which will load the game.
