[SOLVED] please help me if you can

I want to post a picture but i dont know how find the URL of pisture and how post it! can you help me? thanks

First you go to a image uplading site like :
tinypic
imageshack

Then they give you the link.

then you wrap them(note use tinypic cause they wrap it for you) with a IMG code like the following:

[IMG]url[/IMG]

1st:/wrong section
2nd:u must copy the url of the photo then you press here of go advanced and press on the "insert image"button u will see 2 pyramids on it
then past the url in it but take care to erase the tag "http"
