what's MVP or MPV whatever it is.
is it like ace?

MVP is the person with the highest kdr.
Ace is the person with the most kills.

so if someone got 50-5 and i have 11-1.
they get ace but i get mvp?

This stands for Most Valuable Player

This person has the "Most Damage Done" Example;

You do 90 Damage And Someone jumps in to take the kill with the 10 Damage,

This person would get ACE because they got the actual kill
You would get MVP Because you effected the game the most.
