How do i extract a dll's source code?

Okay so i've been trying to make dll's and stuff and i succeeded but i cant seem to figure out how to do the reverse. Any clues or tuts as to how i may extract a dll's source code?

You cant get the exacly code but you can use a program to "disasembly" your dll..

The source code of a dll, is impossible to get if you leech it.
You can't use an program to get the source.
Ask the owner of the Dll for help.

you can see what it does if you open in IDA. but you cant get the code

Oh. I was hoping to learn from pre made hacks. I'm a scripter using eAthena for Ragnarok and i learned from reading and analyzing already made scripts by other authors.

I checked the source code section and there are only a few codes that i understood. I didn't even know where they got correct variables and stuff.

How do i extract a dll's source code?
