Netlimiter With Xbox 360

Well I know it works for some games on the pc. I was wondering if by using netlimiter, you could slow down the speed of your router so that when you are in a game on the xbox 360 such as call of duty 4, you can be invisble. Anyone think this would work? I've tried using netlimiter and I have no idea how to use it.

live disconnects you from the host if you connection is really bad so even if you can figure how to lag your shit it wouldn't work... although i would just torrent a huge ass file and lag your connection that way
