Program to open lta files?

i cant seem to find a program that will open lta files O_O ive searched google and mpgh but no results. can anyone help? like open them to see the animations and other stuff inside.

Model edit. It shows all Animations, you can move gun around, slow down or change the animation speed.

Model Edit. And you need Model_Packer if you want to change it to LTB.

Search Tron Tools Download on google, it should have everything you need to work with Models.
