Cod4 hacking help...

I am very interested in making a COD4 hack for the community but i am nto quite sure what programs i need to do so...i have tryed looking around but no luck... If not a big deal, could someone lead me in the right direction..

And you gotta get it separately, you can't get it with office as far as I know.
