Win XP, what has related with Crossfire....?
Why are you downloading XP, and how is it even possible to get an error like that when you are DOWNLOADING something?

If you decided to open the file rather than save it and it was an archive, make sure you didn't close the browser / downloader when the file was opened. That would cause the temp file to be removed 
Try an other webbrowser, and save it on you'r destkop.
Then run the setup, it will ask maybe an key for legal XP.
