Can You Use C.E To Hack C.A

I was just wondering if you could hack combat arms with cheat engine instead of MHS

Cheat Engine is detected, if you have opened Cheat Engine before you start C.A. You will keep getting an error from Hack Shield saying there has been a hacking attempt detected and if you want to fix it, you gotta restart your comp :\
