There isn't dedicated servers on the steam version if that's what you're talking about.

You can use an program named: Mw2 Liberation.

I personally use v1.04 and I have for 5 months and still not banned.
And it is easy to use.
The Mw2 Liberation is made by AgentGod.

You can also make own mods that you can play, and you can change mods in-game easy.
