If you fond of ghost mode, these two tips may be helpful to you!
Catch the ghost by breath!
Players who are familiar with the Ghost Mode must know that, ghosts look almost clear when moving, and are invisible when motionless. Nevertheless, gunners have no breathing sound and can almost find the exact location of ghosts by their heavy breathing. But first, you’d better get yourself a good headphone, and then listen carefully to the breathing of ghosts. Their breathing sound is loud. Don’t rush to shoot them when you hear their breathing, instead, you should walk slowly while holding down the Shift key to find out their exact location. You will hear balanced breathing sound when your gun’s crosshair is right on the ghosts, so if you feel the breathing sound on one side is louder, just move the crosshair to that side slowly until you feel the breathing sounds from both sides are almost the same. Practise more to be more proficient and accurate. Guns with lower sound such as MP5-A (with silencer, but weaker) are strongly recommended, M4 series (e.g., M4A1-A, M4A1-S) are preferred.
Ghost Jump
What is ghost jump? most people have heard about that. The ghost jump is quite helpful for ghosts to move without being detected . Now, let me tell you how to do Ghost Jump in brief:
Steps: Press Ctrl (to crouch)+S (backwards)+Space key.
By following the steps above, one Ghost Jump can be conducted in invisible state. You may wonder how the Ghost Jump works. As you know, in CrossFire, ghosts won’t become visible if they move slowly. So, under the inertial effect, the “invisible” effect will also work when they are jumping.
Consecutive ghost jumps are based on single ghost jump, with the steps as follows:
Press Ctrl (to crouch)+S(backwards)+Space+S+Space (at the very moment when your feet touch the ground)+S+Space (at the very moment when your feet touch the ground)+S+Space (at the very moment when your feet touch the ground)…continue in the same way.
Keeping the tempo is also very important.
This skill may be hard for you , try practicing more to be skillful at the controls.
