BlackCipher Folder in Combat Arms?

Hey, I noticed as I was browsing my Combat Arms folder that it contained one folder that had only one .txt doc called Nexon Guard and it was called BlackCipher. I'm pretty sure it hasn't been there before o_o" Any thoughts?
