RSBot - Running and adding Scripts
That's a updated version of the most famous Bot for RuneScape, RSBot. And here I will teach how to run, setting it and compiling scripts.
1. Be sure to check, before download and execute RSBot, have the latest version of JDK installed in your computer, and be the same Bits of your processor.
Java SE Downloads
Select "Windows" only for 32Bit OS only and "Windows x64" for 64Bit OS only.
2. After installed everything, download the RSBot file clicking here. It's 100% trusted and updated frequently due to Jagex updates and patches.
3. Now run the .jar file, will create some folders for you in your Documents folder. Specifying the folder, you must note the "RSBot" created in your computer, there will have everything to run your bot.
4. Starting on this step, I will say how to run the scripts you want. First you must download them, have a lot of sites to download or save .txt files in your computer, be sure to know if the site is trustful. Own Powerbot has a Script Section, recommend strongly download there, checking users feedback.
5. After download everything, we are gonna finally script them! Go to Documents > RSBot > Scripts > Sources. There, put all your scripts in .java files ready to be compiled.
6. Go back to RSBot folder, and click on the Compile-Scripts.bat. With this, all your scripts will be ready to be used.
*If you are having error on this step, please check the final of this thread for more info, or else post on this thread for assistance.
7. Now just open the .jar file, wait load the updates, game, etc. Login in your account, go to File > Run File, before you run scripts, will say to your create a account on software system, type any name, set your reward, if is member, etc, etc, etc.
After that, will be possible for you run the script going on File > Run File again, with a list of available scripts for you, being default scripts or installed by you.
If you having problem to compile scripts (Step 7.), please be sure of:
- If the .java extension is in lower case (it's case sensitive).
- When you download some scripts, must be have a right name on it to work properly, checking the thread of the script or asking for the autor is the best solution.
- If you are copy n' pasting codes from Pastebin sites, be sure to check all the code and if everything is selected, to create your script.
- If you are trying to create a script using a .txt file in your computer, but after you add the nameofscript.java still .txt file. Go to Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Folder Option > View > Advanced Settings.
And be sure to this item be unchecked: Hide extension for known file types.

nice contribution, but rsbot is going to be hacked by gh0st again, ubermouse says so, and he is one of the best runescape scripters and very trusted too.
also, rs bot isnt safe, anyone can put up a script, and if u dnt know java u wnt know what to look for when ur checking to see if ur script is safe, i always read over my scripts, also nvr download precompiled scripts, if u do and u know java, u should decompile it and examine it before using....
when i say anyone can put up a script, i mean that it isnt verified by a certified java expert for safety, the way rsbots. net, epicbot, and rsbuddy scripts are before they are put on

i dont trust them any more... lost 40mil on my account
gh0st has been saying they're gonna hack again for over 5 months. I think they're just trying to scare people into using RSBuddy.
