Run as administrator if Vista/7.
And download .Net FrameWork.

Download NET frameword 4.0
Turn off your UAC
Turn off your AV
Let us know if it still doesnt work AFTER u try that.

run everything as admin.

Try To Torn off you'r anti virus \ Run as admin \ Download Latest net.Framework

it might not work on some operating system. and the hack might be patched.
