I need FPS help

I have a
Laptop hp i3
Windows7
and it gets 20-30 fps and i tried gamebooster and i tried alot of other stuff and nothing seems to work so please help

need to / OR buy a new computer.

It could be that your laptop doesn't meet the requirements...

update pc and/or upgrade part of you'r Pc and/or buy another Pc that meet the requirement.

You hafta buy a laptop graphics card.
Not normal graphics card because those are for computers.

You need more RAM if the tutorials doesn't work.
