Nice man! Good overall, some things to fix:
-Contrast could improved greatly, too washed-out look, unless that's what you're going for.
-Cover/blur out those things in the middle, they detract from the focal point.
-Nix the white glow left of the guy's head, it looks like a different background (arctic sky or something).
-smooth out the white brushstroke on the bottom, it sticks out bad.
-put the text farther on the bottom, or higher up into a focal point.
