How to undetected cheat?

Everytime i go in-game and i get a Notice say Cheat detected. Plz help me

dude your baned the only way around that is to get Modern Warfare Liberation V1.04 and even once you do get it the only thing you can do is Privet Match. unless you can find a true VAC by-pass thats all you can do. I've tried finding one but no luck.
