Hardware ID change?

A few days ago me and my friend were play GTA San Andreas multiplayer mod then we both got banned, i changed my wan ip, and changed my nic cards mac and i was still banned. I got on my secondary computer and tried to join and it let me join so my first pc is hardware id banned. Does anyone know a way to change the hardware id of windows without reinstalling the operating system since thats annoying.

This is basically... very hard. If this was possible.. then yea.. I think you could install a VMWare but yea.. And I don't think your hardware id will change even if you reformat it.
