Heelp meeee

ok so a long time ago like in 2010 combat arms did an update and when the patcher was running it gave me a white screen (the patcher was not responding and therfore white...)so i searched some stuff up and it told me that i had to downgrade my internet explorer and i did.... but they were wrong so i just uninstalled the game but now the downloader isnt working so now im forced to play flash games and battlefield PF4 And worst of all nothing works! ava dont work(same reason that the downloader doesent respond...)MAT(same reason that the downloader doesent respond...)PB(same reason that the downloader doesent respond...) nothing so plz help me im sooo bored i want to play combat arms!!!!
