Linking Engine.exe with UCE

If anyone has had this where you link Engine.exe then it says "Error while opening this process". Please help... it used to work but now it just wont i tried restarting UCE, CA, and my own computer

USe harolds newest bypass with it, only way it will work. That's the error you get if the Bypass didn't work.
