Chinese ava registration help!

Hi guys, i downloaded chinese ava because i really want to play but i don't know how to register.
Can someone post a tutorial or how to fully register/confirmed with English translation please!!!!

and you want to use english for nickname?
because a lot of people use chinese for nickname ._.
if you live in ca ping is about 150-200
