Today I booted my PC. But i found that any program is loading.
It only appears a blue screen. :S

Reinstall to factory settings is all I can tell you.

Yea i dont really get what your saying ?
well i can obviously see dwm.exe and explorer.exe aren't loading. try running in safe mode with command prompt.
run in safe mode?
You will have to reinstall OS or it won't work
or juist press ctrl+alt+del and then run dwm and explorer, it is explorer
Okay umm here are directions:
1. Turn off the computer and unplug.
2. Hold the computer steadily.
3. Throw across the room.
4. Repeat step 3 a few times.
5. Repeat step 1-4 with your monitor.
I suggest you put in the OS installation CD if all else fails.
dwm.exe is running.
