help with high ping?!?!

Hi, Recently i have noticed my ping is extremely high. it used to be at around 20 - 50 ms and now its going from 500 - 800! All the other computers in my house still get normal!

Have tried:
putting some code thing which i dont remember into CMD

disabling anti virus, firewall etc.

closing all programs

stopping uploads/downloads

NOTHING WORKS! please help!

what happened between the time it was normal and screwed up?

What game is it?
Try ipconfig/flushdns
or you might have a virus that blocks a lot of your internet
download malwarebytes and run a full scan
Please post your results

call your ISP .

Might just be your internet...

Type this in CMD: netsh winsock reset
And then reboot, resets the catalog, works for me mostly

i have BitDefender Total Security 2011 and have run a full scan and no viruses or anything. and how can it be my internet when all the other pc's are normal? so it couldnt be anything to do with isp right? and @Rockett not sure coz last time i speed tested it was about a month ago and was normal then i tested it last week and was screwed! and its not on a specific game, its everything!

Something is eating your internet then, make sure you have password on you network, and try going into safe mode with network and see if you still have the problem, if not, then it's obviously one of your processes

omg this is pissing me off!! iv tried everything and nothing seems to be using the internet.
