Ok so i Downloaded black cipher3 and i opened win rar. there are 4 files inside it. i click on Blackcipher.exe and i get a error message, "the application has failed to start because MSVCR100D.dll was not found. Can any1 help me am i doing something wrong let me know thanks. Tiger.
That means you got virus on you computer...
