Its called OPK (one position kill) or sometimes vac hack. Search it and you could probably find a trainer.

i dont think its opk step because when you use opk your actually closer to the ppl when you attack them.

To me it looks like a Bone Shot combined with OPK so yeahhhh

I know ive done that before, i just tapped and ran around shooting people in the head, the guy is a bone shot opker or a tapper with a 100mbps connection like me.

its not OPK im 100% sure because everyone would be lined up and there are certain spots on each map that OPK takes you....and the OPK in snow valley sucks or atleast mine does
