Does Anyone know what stats does tactical vest does? It's usually blank like having no armor ( so it'll be like wearing no armor but decorated skin)

nobody does know what it does. you could do a test with a buddy, equip nothing, get shot by pistol in chest till you die and take the damage amounts, equip the vest, and repeat, then compare, it may also provide a speed boost so you may wish to test that as well.
