Macro won't work after Update 5/26/11

I have been using macro and recording my runs and use it to play back the same thing over to farm. But after the update, the ingame can't detect the macro, it wont work. Need help plz.

Have you tried running the macro as Admin? Mine had the same problem before i tried it
