First Baby Steps

So I just started with Photoshop (CS4), and this is my first sig I made for a mate of mine who's a DJ. Feedback and comments are welcome.

I wouldn't call this a sig, its just a logo. Anyways, I like the smudging you did on the text, makes it look like your a commando bo$$.

Remove the --LQD text in the lower right corner and the "C-"
Just leave Commander and Hardcore text, every other text should be removed. I like the smudging you did.

Well done for a first time. It's simple and basic, but you added some complex features to a simple piece of art, and I really like that.
