How to make custom menu preview camos?

Please help... I need to make a menu preview for my camos and Idk how..

In the cammo folder you got a few named like 'arctic_menu', that's the prewiev one.

I want to change the default camo onto a new one...and i need steps

1. find the menu camo desired,
2. edit it like how you would edit your camo's,
3. do all the necessary steps to saving/converting/hex editing,
4. make sure there the same file size,
5. replace old files with new,
6. profit?
