Great L9 Tip
Okay here is a great L9 tip.
When you shoot usually the first shot hits where you want it to.
(unless you just ran and shot right after 0.o)
But if you missed and shoot again, the recoil gets to you and u miss, causing you to meet your death.

But after a rigorous studying of pro snipers, the best way to reduce that recoil is to use "Frosts" method Frost=pro sniper
Right after you shoot switch weapons and switch right back to the l9 and that would reset the recoil and give you another perfect shot.
And Multi kill galore
It takes some time getting used to, but it helps if you want to hit someone each time
