ANOTHER rs update YAY

Well another useless rs update i thought i would rage about it and tell everyone seeing this because all bots where logged out and i know i want to rage at rs

Mylespol + rs update = RAGE

I was going to actually try and cut yews with my main that has 99 wc... because you know there isn't any bots right? Nope. There's 9 people here lol.
